Why your cost is so low? Are you compromising on quality?

The simple answer is No. We do not compromise on quality rather we are able to offer our services for low price because we are located in those regions where the taxation and electricity pricing is low. So we forward those discounts to our customers rather than keeping it as our profit.

Is the data center completely owned by you or do you co-locate?

We own five out of seven locations of our data centers. Where we co-locate, we make sure that the location is completely up to the standards and fulfills our client needs. Our engineers periodically visit the colocation sites to verify the status and suggest imporvements if needed.

Do you offer web designing, maintenance and programming services?

Currently we do not offer any programming or software development services

What is the policy on ``SPAM`` and ``unsolicited emails``?

We have “Zero” tolerance policy regarding spamming. We periodically monitors outgoing emails from our infrastructure for any suspicious, spam-like activity and will notify the user immediately for action. In case no action is taken, we will temporarily block network service to the affected account.

How do I upload files to my website?

CPanel or Plex panel is provided to the users of shared and VPS hosting packages, while root access is provided to dedicated hosting. Users which opted for dedicated hosting will upload their website using any of the remote connectivity tools like scp, ssh, sftp etc.

My domain was suspended for mass mail! Help!

Panic not! Report the issue to our support desk and we will do our best to restore your site to working state. Mostly it doesn’t take more than a few hours to restore connectivity after reporting of issue. The users must change password of email accounts suspected of spamming.

I get access denied errors when trying to connect to MySQL

Make sure you are using correct credentials provided to you.

What email server software do you provide?

We provide industry standard Postfix, MS Exchange, MDaemon and Zimbra mail servers. We also support BYOL (Bring your own license) installations so your existing investment doesn’t go to waste.

How do you charge for CPanel based hosting?

We charge CPanel based hosting on two factors. First, the user pays for CPanel license as flat monthly fee of $10 (for 10 domains), then we charge the storage fee depending upon the VPS package.

How do you charge for Plesk based hosting?

We charge Plesk based hosting on two factors. First, the user pays for Plesk license as flat monthly fee of $10 (for 20 domains), then we charge the storage fee depending upon the VPS package.

Which hypervisors do you support?

We support VmWare Esxi 6.x, MS Hyper-V and Linux KVM. These are available as options on dedicated hosting

Do you support infrastructure clustering?

Yes we do. For clustering to work you need at least 2 dedicated servers and a hypervisor which supports clustering. We also provide technical services to build the cluster if you need. “Contact Us” to discuss your requirements

Do you allow custom ISOs?

Our dedicated and VPS based hosting both provide custom ISO installations. In case you opt for VPS where you don’t have access to actual hypervisor, we do the installation for you and provide credentials for your access.
