Do you offer alternative control panels?

Currently we offer CPanel as our primary hosting panel but we have plans to offer Plesk and Direct Admin soon.

Do you offer customized hosting package?

If none of the four standard packages suits your need, you can contact us to discuss your requirement and we would be happy to offer you a customized package.

What if I run out of storage space?

You can always upgrade to a higher package if you run out of storage quota or consumes your monthly bandwidth allocation.

Can I have a demo of your service?

Of course we provide 7 days demo of our web hosting offering so you can check all functionality and get the satisfaction. You will be billed after 7 days during which you can cancel anytime.

Do you provide website migration from my old provider?

We would be glad to help you migrate your website from your old hosting to The Eurocloud. Just raise a ticket in customer portal and our technical team will contact you.

Where are your servers located?

Our datacenters are in three locations. US (West), Europe (Germany) and Asia (Singapore). You can select the location that is closest to you when ordering our service.

Do you offer Reseller Hosting?
